About the role We are now looking for café staff for our café Petite Sabis at the summer paradise Smådalarö Gård! You are an important part of creating the overall experience our guests seek, where every customer interaction is an opportunity to contribute to Sabis vision; “Sweden's best customer experiences in food and meetings!”. Your working hours will vary during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Your tasks include, among other things:

·       Welcoming and assisting guests/members for golf, padel, and tennis

·       Managing bookings and payments in our cash system

·       Ensuring order and comfort inside and outside the premises

·       Simple orders and serving food and drinks

·       Answering incoming questions to the café via phone

It is important that you always strive to follow our customer promise; to feel seen and welcome, always be able to rely on us, and we contribute with joy! The position is a seasonal employment with a start date according to agreement during May–August.

Your profile We are primarily looking for someone who is a joy spreader and has an attitude that everything can be solved! You enjoy meeting new customers every day and always prioritize the customer first. Additionally, you like order and tidiness and enjoy working with varied tasks.

We work with several digital systems, so you need to be quick to learn new systems. You are responsible and solution-focused. You take initiative and have no problem working independently. We consider it an advantage if you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, or have a driver's license. A passion for golf, padel, or tennis is also a plus.
